Excellent cupcakes!,
I love this little book! It is so cute and easy to use. The cupcakes have won rave reviews from my family and friends. I started with the Cookies and Cream cupcakes, which my son requested for his birthday. They were a big hit! I’ve made the Vanilla Cupcakes, the Dark Chocolate, Snickerdoodle, and the Lemon. My only complaint was that some of the recipes call for a 300 degree oven, and it just takes too long at that temperature and the cupcakes get rather dry. I now bake all of them at 350 and watch the time. Big improvement! They all turn out perfectly moist that way. I’m looking forward to trying more of the varieties. I definitely recommend this book.

I have to admit that I am becoming addicted to cupcakes … not that my family are complaining of course! I bought this book after reading The Complete Guide To Cupcakes: 54 Cupcake Recipes & Decorating Ideas! Bonus Vegan Cupcakes & Low Fat & Frosting Cupcakes and love the fact that I now have even more great recipes to play with! There are some excellent decorating ideas which you simply don’t find elsewhere and even if you don’t follow the decoration exactly the methods described fuel your imagination and allow you to create your own masterpieces!

|Cute little book,
I ordered this a gift for someone and I’m very happy with this book. The pictures are really pretty and it’s organized very well; there’s a section for filling recipes, a section for frosting recipes, and a section for cupcake batter recipes. This cookbook seemed to have a lot of unique recipes which is why I ordered it. It is very small, though, about the size of a birthday card. If you’re looking for a big book, this may not be the book for you.
