   Many of the products marketed as being “airtight” aren’t truly airtight. The Rubbermaid Cake Keeper IS airtight, which means it gave me a sanitary place to keep my plates and cups when I moved into a roach-ridden apartment. (Hellooooo, Brooklyn!)

   One Cake Keeper will fit 8 of my dinner plates, 12 salad plates or 5 16oz mugs with the handles turned in towards the center.

   I love this product, and I don’t even bake!

   What a great product. I keep a Pound Cake baked most all time and this Cake Keeper keeps it fresh until the very last slice.

   This is a pretty good container. It’s flat on top, so it can be turned over to hold cookies or cupcakes. It seals well so things stay fresh, and its height makes it good for tall cakes. If it had latches it would be perfect.
