Wonderfully made,
I’m absolutely loving this set! I bake cheesecakes on a pretty regular basis. My old 9″ spring-form pan was lost in my divorce. I not only wanted to replace it, but I wanted some other options to add to my cheesecake makings. What really appealed to me was the heart shaped pan. This set was not at all expensive and will last many years of baking (if you don’t lose them).

|Not the quality for me,
I make and sell cheesecakes and wanted the heart shaped ones for Valentines Day. While I feel certain these pans will withstand occasional use, the quality is a bit flimsy for baking in quantity.
Bottom line, if you’re looking for pans for occasional use, this is your product. If you want something that will not dent easily, stick to Kaiser, Wilton, etc.

|Just OK pans,
Thinner than expected. They’re not horrible but thought I was buying the more durable pans like I already have in other sizes. Need to use parchment paper w/ these for sticking, I’ve never had that problem before, w/ the others cheesecakes just slide off.
