Question by Austin: Does anyone know of a really great cake decorating website? With tips and recipes?
I am going to start a business, about cake decorating, meaning i would sell things like B-day cakes, but i have SOME recipes but i need more especially for cakes. Anybody know about marzipan, sugar paste, or have you used the Wilton color mist? If so is it good? Websites on this???? Thanks.

It sounds like you’re already familiar with Wilton. Have you tried http://www.wilton.com? You can get step by step instruction and also find Wilton Cake Decorating classes near you. Good luck.
If this business is going to be from your home, you must find out the laws regarding this in your state. Most states do not allow it from your home.
Wilton websites are okay but they promote ideas to sell their products. You don’t need near everything they tell you to get.
I have never tried the color mists but I have heard that they do not work well. You would be better off investing in a basic airbrush system.
