Apparently, what Tessa misses most about the UK is its pork products. Pies, scotch eggs, sausage rolls and the like – it seems they’re all pretty hard to come by in the mountain towns of Colorado. Consequently whenever she’s home, she can generally be found munching on a poprk pir nine times out of ten. Barry has developed a tastee for the things too, so Jode thought it only proper that this ‘wedding cake’ should be prepared for them.
A work of genius, and probably pretty tasty, too! We wouldn’t know – Tessa and Barry weren’t sharing!
